Who We Are
Working together to strengthen access to specialist sexual abuse and violence services across areas within the East of England.
About Synergy East
Connecting leadership, evidence and innovation to strengthen the regional response to sexual abuse and violence.
Synergy East is a partnership delivering the National Lottery-funded Survivors at the Centre project across areas within the East of England.
The five-year project is working to improve how survivors of sexual abuse and violence access specialist services across the region.
Building on the First Contact Navigator model, Survivors at the Centre is developing a more coordinated approach to first contact, navigation, shared learning, data and partnership working.
The project brings partners together to improve access, strengthen regional working and learn from survivor experience and programme evidence.
How we work
About our Partnership
Synergy East is an umbrella partnership bringing together specialist rape and sexual abuse organisations across the East of England to work on agreed regional programmes, projects and shared priorities.
Each partner remains an independent organisation, retaining its own identity, governance, expertise and local relationships.
The partnership is working to strengthen access to specialist services, improve first contact and navigation, share learning and evidence, and support a more joined-up regional approach.
Synergy East provides a way to work together where a regional approach adds value.
